I cannot say enough good things about this company. These guys go above and beyond! Definitely will use them in the future and will recommend them to family and friends. We had scheduling delays due to the February 2021 severe sub-zero winter storm, but communication was excellent. We had the panel upgraded and brought up to code in my elderly parents home, added a whole home surge suppressor and surface mounted ground fault receptacles on the patio. They did the job in one day so we didn't have to relocate my father who has Alzheimer's disease. Most companies would have knocked off at 5pm and called it a day, but Keith had the power back on and finished by 8pm. FYI Electrical & Remodeling had Centerpoint and city inspectors in and out like clockwork. The quality of work is excellent, my first time ever seeing an electrician use a level while mounting components! The job site was clean when they finished. Highly recommend!

Your company sent Joseph out here to fix the outlets that half were not working inside and out. He found the problem which was being effected by the breaker box. He replaced all the breakers a d everything is finally working. He also went into the attic to see why the kitchen and dining area were flickering on and off. The new insulation that was blown in many months ago was completely covered in insulation. Once he removed all of it the lights were fine. Joseph was so professional and explained everything step by step. Heis very knowledgeable about his work ethic. Thank you again Joseph. I highly recommend FYI Electric Company ?
